Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Claire, a Pre & Postnatal exercise specialist, a certified Level 2 fitness instructor and an England Athletics run coach.  I am also a mum of two girls ands a very keen marathon runner having completed 16 to date in the UK, USA and Europe.

 

CORE Foundations includes classes  'Mummy & Me', 'Runners Reform', and 'Stroller Striders'.

Mummy & Me focuses on structured postnatal recovery; building strength as well as encouraging those precious first bonds between you and your little one. My mission is to help mums move with confidence, offering professional guidance in a warm, welcoming space where recovery and connection go hand in hand.

Runners Reform is a fitness class designed specifically for runners to build lower body and core strength to improve endurance, speed and most importantly, reduce injury!

Stroller Striders is a monthly, community-based, family focussed, free event for parents to come along to with their little ones of any age and enjoy a walk or jog followed by some fun strengthening exercises.
